This year's THMF Toronto festival pioneered a "rolling production" format, presenting 22 shows over two days. This innovative format allowed for seamless transitions between performers and free-flowing audiences. Many attendees attended two shows in one day, allowing them to pick up their children from school and prepare meals at home without any delays, creating a more festive atmosphere than traditional festivals. Songs and dances intertwined on stage, and the audience erupted in cheers. The venue erupted in excitement, with eager contestants eager to take the stage, and the audience streamed in and out, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere. People enthusiastically hailed the festival as an "art marathon."

Building strong communities and better serving the elderly and vulnerable was the primary focus of the festival's organizers and co-organizers.

Many community residents attended the performances with their families, believing the festival was not only an opportunity to enjoy artistic performances but also a catalyst for fostering family and community harmony.

Notably, the festival's cast spanned three generations, from professionals to amateurs, from children's groups to senior choirs. Older immigrants sang nostalgic songs in their native languages, while younger performers engaged the audience with music infused with modern elements. Additionally, original music blended Eastern and Western influences, fully embodying the intersection and integration of diverse cultures. Through music and dance, the performers showcased Canada's unique multiculturalism to the world.

The government's care, the directors' wisdom, the community's enthusiasm, and the teachers' dedication all contributed to this high-quality cultural event.

The successful THMF Toronto Music Festival not only provided a rich and diverse artistic experience for the community but also played a positive role in promoting the inheritance of Chinese culture and fostering multicultural exchange. In the future, the Dongfengcai Multicultural Arts Troupe will continue to collaborate with all sectors of society to create more high-quality cultural and sports events.
